Marine Grade Stainless Steel 2205 Duplex is more than double the yield strength of 316 & 316L Marine Grade Stainless Steel and offers much more superior corrosion resistance, which means less maintenance and better appearance.

A polished finished will require less maintenance than satin finish and the further away from the sea or salt water pools the less maintenance should be required. Please be aware that certain acids that are used in and around swimming pools can affect all types of stainless steel in particular hydrochloric acid which will very quickly tarnish stainless steel fittings.

The more regular maintenance is carried out the less effort is required and if done often, warm soapy water should be sufficient to keep the surface of your spigots looking clean & great.
